Capital Choice consumer Credit ripped me off too

I was sent a mail saying that i was preapproved for a platium card for 5,000.00 with a guarenteed that i would have it soon and then as i use it i will have dream reward points applied to my card for sears gift certifacates and airline points and discounts toowell this was back in sept when i recieved it. I sent it in as it said approval date was nov 01 well, i havent seen it as of today and it is feb 20.. I am upset with it
