Ripoff canadian spam mail fraud directory company

I recieved a invoice from this company stating that i owed them money for posting advertising on there web site i never was contancted by this company, they told me that they spoke to me in the past "which they never did" they keep calling me to pay the invoice, when i called the attorney general to place a complaint they told me to contact the "ftc" the ftc told me that this company is under investigation and the post master confirmed this comany is working out of "canada" not the "usa" if you recieve an invoice from this company please contact the postmaster or the ftc at 1-877-ftc-help.
