Ripoff

This "company" guarateed a 7% fixed interest rate on a Visa credit card with a 2500 limit in 15 business days. Three months later and all I recived were some coupouns! I called back to get my $300 one time fee back and the first time I was told "wait untill you get the next package" (that never came) I called back the 3rd time and they said that they would process the order and to call back in 5 business days which I did and then they said that it was too late to do soo! I find out now that this is a "customer service for hire" for another company! When I asked for names they cleary give fake ones. This is a SCAM and a RIP off!!
