Ripoff, misrepresentation of services

I contacted PTI regarding an invention that I was interested in getting a patent on. The representative, Steve Bach, that I spoke with on many occasions regarding my invention told me that my invention was a good one and that they could get me seven figures. He believed that they could have it on the market within just a few months, but it was imperative that I get my check to them ASAP, so that they would be able to add to their next trade show.

I did as he requested. As time went by, I heard nothing from PTI or Steve Bach. I placed several calls to him and he would not return any of them. When I finally did contact him, he gave me attitude and stated that it was no longer his responsibility, he was in charge of recruiting only.

Later on PTI sent me and evaluation report on their services and asked me to fill out a questionaire regarding their service for me. I wrote a detailed report on the misrepresentations provided by Mr. Bach. I got no resonse from PTI or Steve Bach.

Needless to say, almost $10,000 later and several years, I still have nothing to show for my efforts.
