Ripoff, deducted money from my account without approval California

Please help. Appera Whitening was supposed to be a free sample, I was only to pay shipping. That is exactly what I did. Without notice and without even receiving the sample they have withdrawn 89.97 from my account. I want my shipping money and my 89.97 back.

I called the 800 number that was on my bank statement and I was told that they were not in and I could also locate them on the internet, however when I went to the internet address I was directed to a dog vitamin website. Since I have not recieved any items and since they feel comfortable in taking money from my account which by the way has caused overdraft problems, they need to refund my money.

If I can get that back then I will have to take legal steps and they can replace all the money that I have lost do to this action.
