Ripoff, won't let me cancel cards

I just found out today, that i got scammed. So first thing in the morning, i'm closing my account.
I just called the company tonight and tried to cancel my cards but they won't do it. They want to send me $100 vouchers to keep my cards active. They are such a sorry #$% company.
What else can they do? I mean, they have my social # and my birthdate. This really sucks.
