Ripoff Said order was processed and gift shipped over 8 weeks later said gift was on backorder then said I was disqualified

I was looking online one day and saw this advertisement for a free 30" widescreen, which was originally offered by ConsumerTestingPanel.com, but changed to I-Dealdirect.com in the middle the process I completed all of the information, the survey of questions, and then arrived at the sponsor offers. I ordered from several sponsors and eventually got cleared. Sponsors that have worked for me and cleared have been Blockbuster, Real Rhapsody, Cosmetique, Trimlife, New York Times, and Hydroderm. There were also ones that I signed up for that did not notify the company which include, Pet Care RX, Win-Any-Lotto, Driving for Dollars, and AMS, these just never cleared. There was a problem with my account so I never mailed in my voucher, but I was told that it would be handled in-house. I will list a timeline of emails below. A few emails later my account was updated online and I was told my gift will ship shortly and arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. I emailed a few times to make sure everything was all right and was told that everything was fine. When 8 weeks came, I notified the company that I have not received my free gift yet. They replied and said that it was on backorder, and they could not give me an estimated shipping date. I notified them back several times and got no response. I then emailed them that I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They responded by email a few hours later saying that I have been disqualified.

I just want to be sure that I follow all of the rules of the Terms and Conditions. I have two more quick questions: Has everything already been processed, and How long will it take my gift to arrive in the mail. Thank you for all your help, Andy

I gave your account to a customer service person that handles these manual account confirmations. She will probably have this updated by the end of the week.

I cannot send you the link for the redemption certificate because of the problem with your account.
Please check back if you are worried but we will make sure that this is taken care of.

I then emailed them email me back and make sure they had my shipping information correct. They replied that they did and then sent:

Everything was processed for your account on Dec. 23. Your gift
should ship in 6-8 weeks.

I then emailed them in 8 weeks and got this response:

I do apologize for the difficulty that you have had with this order. We are experiencing a backlog in the shipping of our orders from our fulfillment house. Your order has been received by us and is in a pending status. It is going to be fulfilled as soon as we are caught up on the backlog. We do not at this time have an estimated date that your tv will be shipped out to you.
We appreciate your continued patience. Please feel free to contact me again with any concern that you may be having.

I contacted them several times saying that they are responsible for my gift fulfillment, and got an email back from them saying that I was disqualified because of an invalid phone number and I have no clue what they are talking about. I tried to contact the Better Business Bureau, but they are not a member. I have done some research for phone numbers and these are the only other places I can think to contact, I am going to try them tomorrow and see what they get:
