Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing bad customer service multiple charges scam

I like many others before me went to free music downloads outlet online.com and thought I would only pay $1. I tried using their site and nothing worked, it was like a giant directory. A couple days later I saw on my account charges two payments of $48 made to them. TWO!

Pissed off I called them and asked for a refund, they said they would refund my money, but that if I wanted a refund of it all I would have to email their company. I did so. Still waiting on that reply. Or that refund. So I called again... And emailed them again. Same answer - nothing. "We will give you a refund, but for a whole refund you have to email the supervisor." Still waiting for that reply.

I called my bank and I'm filling out a dispute form, but in all likelyhood that isn't going to work. I hope someone learns from my mistake. Oooh the things I want to say to them...
