Fraud Alert: "SMCeBIZ" and "eBiZCSP" stopped by court order

After receiving numerous member complaints, SMC filed suit against Mark Busnelli Sr. And "Official Site Builders Corporation" fraudulently doing business as "SellSMC". On February 7, the U.S. District Court granted our motion for a preliminary injunction, prohibiting them from:

Doing business under the names "SellSMC", "SMC Forums" or "SMC Promotions".

Using any text or graphics from the World of Products catalog or the smcorp.com website.

Building and selling "Sell SMC" websites to SMC members.

Committing any act calculated to cause SMC members to believe defendants' services or products are genuine.

These same defendants are now apparently doing business under the name "Sell Wholesale Gifts". They are a Proscribed Merchant and doing business with them may result in liability or termination of your membership.

As we previously alerted our members, these people are NOT affiliated with SMC in any way. We strongly caution you against providing any of them with your credit card, bank account or other personal information. If you have already provided them with payment information, you may wish to demand a refund and notify your bank or credit card company to cancel any charges.
