This is about my personal battle with John Beck which started in September. Thanks to USAA Visa, who gave me a permanent credit of $2,000, even after 180 days. I'm still fighting with Discover card, who reversed the temporary credit of $6,500. They obviously don't value me as a customer and as soon as I win this fight (I'm not giving up until I do) I'm going to dump them. Apparently USAA Visa fought hard enough to get my money back, so it can be done. Discover card is obviously lazy. Good luck to everyone else.
