I am another victim of Fred Resnik, who was supposed to put an addition on my house to be done on april. As of now maybe 15% of the construction is complete! My existing house is leaking water and we are under the weather conditions something that was not ever to happen. I will like to meet with the people that have been taken advantage of by him! I am a Resident of Highland
