Ripoff

We received a call from a telemarketer offering us magazines for $3.00 a week. We said okay and we were told that a supervisor would call us back to confirm everything. When the supervisor called he said they would condense the payments into 12 monthly payments of $58. We then said no we didn't want to do it. The same night we checked our bank account on-line and we had a pending charge from the magazine company even though we said no. We are in the process of calling them and trying to cancel it. I refuse to pay that much a month for 5 magazines especially when we didn't agree to it anyway.
