yees train you for saftey then forgo it for profit.

Stebbins used the best years of my life by working me and other employees like slaves. Due to thier unsafe work habits and thier abusive superintendents.

I was injured several times due to lack of help, improper housekeeping and working long hours being harrassed by thier superintendents saying that not enough work was being performed.

I broke my thumbs falling 4 ft. Because someone forgot to tie off a hand rail and now im in constant pain in my hands. My back was injured due to trying to lift to much because i didnt have enough help. Now im taking pain meds just to keep going becaause i have kids that are going to go to college.

They have a core group of trained people that are extremely capable and well trained. Then they hire people out of temp services that have notraining. And expect the company people to watch and train them and still perform miraciles by getting all the work done in a hurried way by abusive supers
