Ripoff

I was called by somebody and asked if i want a credit card with no interest and they were asking me some information about my SSN, my bank account and i aproved for the to take from my account 219.00$ because i was trying to pay off my debt, but the credit card didn't show up in the mail. So... I tried to call them back but nobody answered so... I found out after this I am not the only one in this situation. I working hard for the money i am active duty in the Navy and really i don't like anybody to take my money like that.
