Select Portfolio Servicing
Fire insurance funds not returned

Miscellaneous

Sps has been holding my 500.000+ fire insurance overage over 35 days consistently telling us 5 to 7 business days. Call center gives contradictory explanations and always 5 to 7 days. Call center is scripted to give you lip service and get you off the phone. I do believe they have my money in a interest bearing account, that they profit while pushing you off for eternity. Predatory business practices and a bad company. Been calling daily, to hear same bulshit. Avoid doing business whit this company at all cost
