Decline in Customer Service and Prescription Issues

I have been getting my glasses at Eyeglass World for over 20 years, but no more. Their customer service used to be top-notch. Now they treat you like they know what you need or want, instead of listening.

Also, my prescription was not done correctly. It happens. They did redo the exam and sent off the glasses to be redone two weeks ago.

The woman checked to see what happened and said they were sent to the wrong lab. She couldn't figure out where they are now or when they will be available.
