My data and that of other employees have been used in test environments and user stories at various companies in the B2B, P2P, E2E, HR/SHRM, and app tracking systems/processes, erroneously causing breaches and incorrect data. This includes past employer and address information, contributing to further inaccuracies. Illinois IDES and their platform partners also did this from 2016-2020, using eVerify, The Work Number, Equifax, and integrations with flawed data and customizations, which led to me and many others currently employed at State Farm being wrongly reported on unemployment fraud lists. ISU, U of I, and others are involved in these project conversions and the MOVEit breaches. CNA Insurance, TEK Systems, Allegis Group, NTT Data, and others using Taylor Corp, Progressive Impressions International, and third parties are significantly contributing to this issue. E-Verify is also inaccurate.

Who is addressing this in a meaningful way? Your hiring and risk platforms are abusing job applicants and employees, as well as their NPI and SPI.

The Equifax and The Work Number dispute forms are poorly designed and implemented, not user-friendly at all, requiring a lot of time, and not even allowing entry to submit concerns.

Who at the FTC and CFPB is even looking at these long-standing test environment, data, and issues for Illinois consumers and citizens?

Nothing seems to have improved in over seven years now.
