Preying on Older Folks

I have had enough "junk mail" repeatedly targeting my elderly mom (78yrs old) who has dementia! The Senior Citizen Association Of America sends her at least 3 pieces of the SAME mail EVERY Week! Begging for donations from the very thing she is trying to save! They are WASTING valuable money, (stamps, paper...) continually badgering her, and other senior citizens! They are imposing needless extra stress on her (in addition to paying regular bills) because of the strong words and whining in these petitions!!! I have repeatedly made calls and written emails to this association with ZERO success to get them to STOP BADGERING her! They don't ever answer my call. I always have to leave messages.
I take care of her and I do not know how else to get this to stop! She has sent them money a few times without the extra money to do it!
