Aqua Texas
No Answer on Emergency Line During Water Outage

I got a call from Aqua Texas about a broken line and a serious water protocol at 4:40 pm. The area mentioned was like a water basin, not a town or address. It was unfamiliar to me, like they said, "wheezy??? Where?"

At 8:30 pm, no one answers their emergency phone line. My water is off with 5 people and two toilets. They'll call and let me know when it's OK.
