Tupper Police Chief Cole lost another one

I can't believe the luck chief Cole is having with our "what police" dept. All our decent cops have either retired or left.
Good thing he has 2 robo cops Tracy Goff and Wesley Hoyt.
It is really sad that they are so up Coles ass they will not even leave the locals alone. No shit every 10 min super Hoyt has somebody pulled over and they get a ticket for just being stopped. I took to walking of course I expect that soon Cole will have a law againt that, and I an sure Hoyt and Goff will be handing out tickets for just standing still. Tupper really has gone to hell,
and I can't wait to get out of here...
