Withholding pay

Sandra Davis, which is the owner of BSA called my house and proceeded to fuss about everything from the time we were leaving the yard to my use of my cell phone.

Upon hearing this I was seething mad and I thought about this for most of the night. The following day (1-18) I decided to find new employment and I did so.

Sandra called me later and ask me if I was going out and I politely told her that I was quitting. Upon hearing this she went thru the roof and told me "DON'T EXPECT YOUR CHECK FRIDAY". She told me that I would have to wait til next Fri.

I called the Labor Dept. And was told that she cannot hold my final check for any longer than the day that it is due. So I will call her Fri. And see if she is going to pay me or if I will have to call the Labor Dept. Again

My advice is avoid this company. She honestly thought that she could tell me who I could talk to on MY cell phone for which I pay the bill. She don't appreciate her drivers all she knows is run run run.
