Deceptive Rip-off, Judges Ignoring The Actual Facts and Judically Unethnical, With Bias in Bad Faith On DCSS

For 11 years I have been going back and forth through the San Diego courts by my x - husband Christopher Spencer whom had gotten custody of our daugther 1997. He enjoys having placed court proceedings against me. Just to disrupt my life maybe behind Not Letting Go of His Anger towards me that he created and I guess now it has turn to "Anger: Hate" as what I can see.

He won a wrongful Law suit settlement in the amount of 4.3 million in December he gets paid yearly for medical in the amount of 6 figures which goes up to the year of 2028. He gets paid for lost wages in the amount of $169,000, 00 for Lost wages until 2008. This money comes to him every Nov 01 and Dec 01 since the year of 12.

He is collecting social security benefits, social security disability benefits and social security dependant care and has through Merrall lynch stocks.

In November I was paying him child support in the amount of $100.00, (Please know that our daugther comes over my residents all the time and I had been supporting her with much of her needs since the courts gave him full, sole custody on paper). However, I was taken to family court 4/26 and the Judge said she can't even afford $50.00 with the income she makes. I explained to the judge about his monies from the Lawsuit, and how he is getting SSI/SSD, and SSDependant care for our daughter whom is now 17 years old.

As the Judge kept giving the eye contact to the attorney in silence back and for for about 15 minutes. I told the judge that the income matter is a DCSS case and it was not for him to make the decision. Ther judge in turn after the long dwelling process of gazing into the attorney's eyes. The judge ask my x husband how much do you want" (Now this was even after he admitted that he got the 4.3 million dollars and SSI/SSD and SSDependant care supplement)

My x said $350.00 and the judge so ordered it through wage assignment. Then I had to go to DCSS Dept 44 on July 7 and that Commissioner judge took about seven 5 minutes breaks and as he took breaks the attorney was going out side the court room around the building as well as my x husband. Finally, the judge ignored everything I had to say and said "O-Judge Hendrix's ordered you to pay $350.00 well I am ordering you to pay $377.00
which went back to May.

He did not care that I could not afford it, nor the fact that I have an eight years old that I support by GOD Grace all by myself. He even ordered me to pay in part $500.00 to his Attorney, and there I was In pro per without an attorney. (even after I explain to him about my x husband lawsuit and Social Security benefits as well) Which was admitted by my x husand in court as well. It was a Joke! I tell you a complete Joke and unjustified wrongful doings.

I get a paper in December for DCSS in the amount of $3,303.00 has went on my credit report. And as I write it is accuring interests. They said my wages or whatever I had can be taken, and that my income taxes for 2004 will be garnished. They sent the one court order in the amount of $350.00 to my employer and they sent the 477.00 and the back amount to the credit place.
Yes DCSS said $477.00 monthly and on the court order it should be only 377.00 minus the $100.00 I was paying before all this.

I wrote them a letter in correspondance to DCSS that they made a mistake and need to audit my account because it clearly shows that they are suppose to minus the $100.00 and they have not responded to me and they said they don't see anything in my case file. So they are getting over on me as well. I am now on disability, with anxities, stresses, depression as will as having diabetes and heart trouble and can't even afford the medications I need to help me to get better. I am barely taking care of my 8 year old by Gods graces and new mercies, but I can't enroll her in programs like girl scouts, ballerina lessons as she wanted me to do for her. I can't meet my bills and I can only Pray that God will intervien in this situation of Malace and Deciet of "Anger: Hate" this man has towards me.

I guess if you got the money you can buy your attorney and the judges as well as DCSS.
