ATM Kept My Card, Never Paid Cash but Debited Account

Do not use any Walmart ATMs owned by Cash Depot. Notorious for not giving you your money. The ATM in Walmart took my card. It never gave me the money. It debited my account. And customer service only tells you to contact your bank. They take no ownership of their faulty ATMs. Sounds like a lawsuit to me.
