Account banned for good after photo and public post

I have been on that site for years and have never done anything to get in trouble with them. I loved their site and enjoyed the time I was on there. I uploaded a ton of photos and somehow a picture of me as a child ended up in the pile. Instead of removing the photo and giving me a warning, they canceled my account, and when I tried to open a new account they deleted it.

I finally made a new account and posted what was going on and that I felt they handled it unfairly, and they deleted my account again. So I emailed them asking why and they said I lied and bashed them publicly. First, I never bashed them, and second, all I said was what happened. Then they emailed me to say I am banned from ever having an account with them.

Whoever is working for them is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this site until they get new staff and change their policies. It seems I am not the only one who has had issues with this site.
