Ripoff fraudulent billing for a membership I did not order Internet

On december 13th, I ordered what I thought was going to be a medication from LEGALMEDSONLINE.com. Before I had a chance to review my transaction, the purchase was done at first click of the mouse. That's when I discovered that I was buying a monthly membership of $29.95 which would automatically be taken out my VISA under the name: PAYMENTINFO.net.

I immediately emailed the company to request cancellation at once & waited for an answer that never came. I emailed the a dozen more times to no avail. I then contacted CAPITOLE ONE with whom I have visa. They put the amount charged in dispute, but I was charged a second time. I called Capitole one again & they cancelled my account number & are reissuing a new one so that I won't be scammed again.in the meantime they are starting a fraud investigation.

This has caused me a trumendous amount of stress, not including hours on the phone trying to solve the probem.
