Did not receive 2 figurines

I renewed my membership for 2013 & 2014 for $50 each.
I was to receive a small figurine as my gift for joining.
The first year they said it was back ordered.
The second year I sent in my money and have not received
any figurine yet.
Upon calling to find out what the hold up was I was told
that the number I called was disconnected.
I have been a member for over 20 years.
I would like to know what if any recourse I have.
