Great service! - pods delivery and customer service

Overall I had a great experience with PODS. The drivers always arrived within the expected windows, were very polite and professional, and answered any questions that I had. Our first driver was awesome, and was able to get the POD into a space with NO room around it. Normally they ask for 3 spaces to set the POD down, but with a full apartment complex it's very difficult to save that many spaces while you are out and about at work. He was able to work with us and was got it into a space close to our door.

The online portal was very easy to use, and if I ever had a question I could just call them and they were able to easily fix or add what I needed.
