I placed an order on Wednesday, 1/22 with your company for a small bouquet of flowers for a dear friend to thank her for all of the nice things she has done for me along the way. This is someone that never gets flowers and I wanted to make her feel special. For some reason, when I placed the order, the web didn%u2019t take all of the address so the order was slowed in being delivered. The whole reason I chose your company to do the job was because of the red caption below the arrangements %u201Csame day delivery%u201D which appealed to me for this particular order.

I placed a call at 6am Thursday morning, 1/23 to straighten up the address error and was assured the flowers would arrive this day. As the day went on, 1 o%u2019clock, 2 o%u2019clock, no flowers. So I placed another call, reassuring me they were coming the driver was out delivering and then another call, same answer. Finally, around 4 o%u2019clock, the young lady walked in with them, the end of the day and my friend was leaving work. I asked the young woman where she worked and she said Price Chopper. If I had known your company would be ordering flower arrangements from a grocery store in this area, I never would have picked your florist for my floral needs. I buy flowers from a grocery store every week for my desk at work and make my own arrangements. I wanted this to be a professional arrangement, with delivery.

They are sitting on her desk for her to enjoy this morning, Friday, 1/24 and they don%u2019t look too perky. I am very disappointed in every area of this purchase, $29.99 for the arrangement (not very pretty), delivery for $19.99, which was very late and another $7 charge. And by the way, the reason the delivery person gave me for coming so late in the day was because she had gotten to work late and was just now doing her delivery.

I am left feeling very hurt and a little on the angry side. I%u2019m just curious, if you put yourself in my place, would feel any different about your purchase and would you ever use this company for your florist needs?
