Sharp Shredded Cheese Tastes Flat and Bitter Lately

For the past month, and in the past, the sharp shredded cheese is flat tasting or bitter. I cannot eat my meal, it is so bitter and off and flat. I love Kraft and I have to keep taking it back. Other cheese companies are flat as well. They need to learn to make cheese.
