Motel Duvernay a scam by Denis Ouellette/Pierre Heafey

We resided at Motel Duvernay for over 2 years. Boless Inc. And Pierre Heafey advertised under "Rooming and Boarding Facilities". We needed a place to stay for a while and this sounded good. However, the place was dirty, in urgent need of repair and was a fire hazard. Our complaints when unheeded by Denis Ouellette. Then we brought in the fire inspectors after the fire exit doors were broken and frozen shut. We worried for our safety and that of other tenants. For that reason, Denis Ouellette of Boless Inc. And Pierre Heafey threw us into the street claiming under their scam of operating as a 'motel', we had no tenant rights. We argued they advertised as Rooming and Boarding but they threw us out anyways in -26c cold weather. Many others have been thrown out by these two scammers. They lie to the Gov't claiming they operate a motel so they won't be shut down, but advertise as Rooming and Boarding. Yet tenants should have tenant rights under Rooming and Boarding, but then the scam is given up once complaints are received and they throw people out. Stay clear of this motel, and stay clear, of Pierre Heafey, Denis Ouellette or anyone else renting rooms from the Duvernay Motel. The place is so old, so dirty that fresh paint will not cover up the stench.
