Unethical business practicews

I am writing to you today to express my concerns of how customers are be charged for equipment and repairs that are not needed. I have recently resigned from this company due to their unethical practices and the charging of products to customers when it is not needed. I recently spoke the the owner of this business regarding my concerns and was told that all companies have unethical behavior and that iI needed to understand that they are in business to make money. I understand that all companies need to make money to operate, However I do not believe that you have to be unethical to be successfull. I was recently told that I was to compassionte with my customers because I refused to push equipment and parts onto customers when it was not needed. My response iwas that I will not be unethical to ANY of my customers even it it meant that I had to resign my position which is what I had to do. I have several specific instances of customers being Charged for product not needed and could no longer subject myself to and atmoshere of unethical conducts and customer being unjustly charged for things not needed. I was told that if I could not find anything wrong with a system to dig until I could find something to recommend to the consumer. I am sorry, But that is just wrong. I just want customers to understand that if you are being told that your unit needs replacement to get a 2nd opinion before investing Thousands of dollars on something that may not be needed and you will also find companies that can save you several thousands of dollars for the same service if theire is a problem.
