Refusing Manufacture coupon

I buy coke from the Dollar General store here in Nancy Ky. I use the codes and put them on coke's website. I cash them in for a free 12 pack plus taxes of course. They said it was against their policy. I looked it up online and that referred to internet coupons which this wasn't. Why sell coke products if you wont honor the manufacture coupons from the product. I called Dollar store main office. Said it be 2 days and someone call. Did they? No not a word till I called again but don't know why they bothered because rude is the word that comes to mind. They should quit selling coke or change their policies online to reflect their True policy
