Convergex Caribbean Ltd has change the name to Convergex East USA

I wanted to update information about Convergex Caribbean Ltd that they are now going under the new name Convergex East USA.

What I was looking for was a business loan/Private equity / Partnership to invest in my new entertainment business venture I was looking to start in Phoenix.

What happened: I was given a name of Rich Cocovich of Global Star Capital of Hilton Head island, SC. After I paid him $10000 (wire transfer) he was to find a investing group to assist me in the financing of my project. Then Mr. Cocovich found me this company Convergex Carribbean Ltd. Out of Prince Frederick, Maryland. I then was to pay DJ Callender $25000 (wire transfer) so he would get me the investor to fund my project. I paid both of these fee’s and Mr. Callender then sent me to The Signature Group out of Tenn. Where they wanted another $15000 upfront fee. On the official record this company dissolved 8/13 and I was sent over to this company around 3 days later.

All I want back is my money so I may update this information that this is a honorable company to work with. Also if you have a complaint about this company or any of the following business or any company go to the FBI website to file a complaint which is IC3.
