WalMart's Mainstay Candles don't burn correctly/completely - Mainstay Candles

This is the second time we have purchased 2 Mainstay (pumpkin spice) candles from WalMart for $4.99 tax each. The first time both candles did not burn properly. There is a " tunnel" burned down the middle of the candles with a LOT of wax remaining. It burned around the circumference... Let alone, it only burned this way half way down, making the rest of the candles useless (unable to light / burn). This also happened with the second "pair" we purchased. They smell wonderful, but we feel the product is inferior due to this happening AGAIN. (We gave them a "second chance" and they failed miserably). Why does this happen with this product? I have found, by reading other reviews, I am not the only one with this experience.
