Gap Refund

Today I made another attempt to find out when I would be receiving my Gap INSURANCE refund that is 2 days passed the due date according to the contract. The manger and Mr Terzian have been telling me for a month the check is coming. The manger has threaten to call the police on my husband and I and said he is goning to delay the processing because we are seeking legal assisstant. All we want is our refund because someone at the dealership made a mistake we should not be held accountable for their mistake. I have waited much too long for the refund!
