I recently used a POD while selling my home to declutter it for showing and ultimately as a method of moving in addition to rental trucks.

My experience with PODS with regard to the actual POD itself was probably typical in that it is what it is and it did what it was supposed to do.

Where my experience with PODS exceeded my expectations was with the final deliver of my full POD to its destination. The guy that made the delivery had an attitude that is not found or shown very often. This individual actually seemed to enjoy what he did and cared about doing a great job. To say he had a positive attitude would be putting it lightly. I can honestly say that talking to him and experiencing his level of customer service made my day. Employees like that are hard to come by.

I do not know if PODS does any type of awards or means of recognition but he should definitely be recognized for his job done exceededly well.

If this were that show undercover boss, this guy is who any CEO would hope to find working for their business.
