New bartender Samantha unprofessional and personal

The week before this incident i was served by new employee Samantha and she was the bartender. She was careless, slow and inattentive. She served other customers more than i. I just left a small tip and that fixed the issue for me. I've been attending that restaurant for months, it use to be taco mac and i even went there in 2010 because the place is located across the street from my mom.

On October 22 i went back to with a friend and client who hired me to choreograph for his performances and promote him. I had two drinks there and was enjoying myself as usual. There was another new bartender i befriended and she was doing fine. Samantha was obviously left.in charge so she was always over Karen's shoulder interrupting our small conversation and making her uncomfortable - clearly. I requested that karen continues to be my server and complimented her services. Sometimes me and Karen would look at each other when Samantha was being unreasonable. I I quietly said a joke to karen, a witty comment about Samantha. Samantha didn't like it and was obviously looking in my face to even make out what i said and she started an argument with me in the patio. I got upset because i felt disrespected and said some words back. She told me to leave immediately and began calling the cops. Karen followed me outside and asked me to pay the bill. I told her no and tipped her 5 dollars. I didn't go far, i just really started calling the manager to complain which i. Had that right. Before the manager got there the cops beat them there. I calmy with class explained the situation and when the manager got there i asked to talk to them. The cops grabbed me and said no rudely and demanded i pay the 10 dollar tab. I said i will but i deserve to speak to management, and ended up cuffed and jailed. Embarrassed and hurt i just cried
