I called in to the collections department to discuss and old account my husband and I had years ago that was reflecting on our credit report and I had the opportunity to speak to the infamous thief that was in the news a couple months ago by the name of Theresa Payne. She was very rude and sarcastic and I asked for her manager she told me I am the manager I asked well is there someone else that could help me she said yup someone with some money that can clean up your credit. I was so taken back by her response I decided to google her and found some down right awful things. I am devasted someone with a record as long as hers has access to such personal information credit reports social security checking account numbers. At one point she was sentenced to 30 years with 30 years suspended and now the new fraud case. My husband and I have spent so much money with grand through out the years and our so has our kids, family and friends too I will make sure they know the type of people they have working there some corporate office!
