Excess charges & Wrong materials

Actuallly incident is that M/s More opticians, Jogeshwari (E), had been charges excess amount of my optic which are 60% extra than actual cost also the materials supplied by them is fully faulty & wrong i. E the frame which i selected was btownish & they ofered me dark red which is unsuitable for me but they forcefully given me and using 'Dadagiri'language.

So please instruct them properly about relation betweeen customer & seller, also requesting that cover my excess amount at the possible earliest. Also my selected frame.
