Rip off

We leased a Corolla in 2010. Of course there was the "refundable security deposit". After waiting the 7 to10 days, we find out that WE are the ones that have to fax the mileage statement to THEM.

Called a few times and they say it's "processing" in another department. So, after a month I call and they say we won't be getting the deposit back. It was apparently eaten up in "FEES".

What a bunch of CRAP. A giant company like that taking advantage of senior citizens like that in the USA. Stupid, unreasonable greed that is all it is. After paying for 3 years every month on time, even early some months.

No less that a rip off company with deception interwoven in all their ways. I only pray that they go belly up and soon.
