I bought a mattress and box in almost immediately it began to collapse. After 3yrs the structure of both pieces has deteriorated and the depression in the mattress extends to the bottom surface. The company refuses to honor its warranty due to stains which are undetectable and have nothing to do with the construction of a mattress.
