Still waiting for my order

Part of my order set in a warehouse in Florence KY, for over three weeks. This has caused my company to delay testing and pay extra installation fees because the contractor had to come back to do the job. When I requested tracking updates it took days to get any information and the info I did receive was all but useless. I also received no notice of items that were on back order. I will look for other suppliers for items in the future rather than shop with fisher scientific thermo.
