Manager misbehaved and charged extra

We asked for a dish the 2nd time n manager misbehaved with us and asked us to order once. We ordered a dish and they gave us a choice of side. They never told us that we have to pay extra for the side that we ordered. They billed us more than double the price of our order. When we asked they said the side is 11 dollars extra and they cannot do anything. Our order was worth 15 $ but we were charged 34$.
