Fast Eddies deceptive practices

We bought a monthly package for car washes in April.in May Fast Eddies damaged my rear tinted window. After arguing with Joe Dorhety, the owner, it was repaired in June. I then decided that the quality of their work did not meet my standards, so I cancelled the monthly package. I signd a letter of cancellation and specifaclly asked if it is cancelled immediately. I was told "Yes, as of 6/30. They have continuously charged my husbands account for July, August, Septermber and October. When I confronted Joe, he was arrogant and rude and apparently did not care about his reputation, because he acted in front of other customers. He would not refund us our money and told us to get a lawyer. He offered us a gift card, which my husband refused. I am not interested in doing business with them ever again. I have since contacted the BBB.
