Pc backup is a scam!

I purchased PC BACKUP online program with my credit card and it would not load on to my computer. I was told that they were incompatible. I called SafeCart and was told it was within the 30 day refund guarantee so my credit card account would be credited for $39.94. This was on 08/28. To this day, 09/23 it has not been done. I am livid because I do not want to pay $39.94 for something I did not get!
