I wonder how silginc.com charges my credit card for what reaso? I never request to join any membership from them, just suddenly received a msg from card issuer. A total 39.95usd had been charges by this company.
Is this illegal to do so? Pls help me to solve this problem, so far i did not know what member fees i paid for??
