This site is ridiculous! Their customer service sucks as do their policies. First of all they never respond to emails. I never got a report and they charged us 29.95 promptly. They are trying to label me as a "fraudulent client". This company needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY from this company and if you fell in their trap, I did some research and found the owner to be
