I was contacted by Latisha several weeks ago and she mentioned that she would be in Ocean City, MD for the next 2 weeks. She then proceeded to say that we can meet but I would have to talk to a man at her office by the name of Richard White. Shortly after, Mr. White emailed me with the details of spending time with Latisha and said would cost $427. He had said that the money would have to be sent to his associate Rick Sevilla, who happens to be located in the Philippines. After the initial payment was sent, I received another email stating that a refundable security deposit of $283 was needed for the safety of Latisha should something happen to her. Shortly after the "refundable" deposit was sent, Latisha and Mr. White ceased to respond back to any of my messages.
