Mail scam - Receive letter in mail with "check" to help pre-pay Taxes on "winnings" which for "Insurance reasons" can't be deducted from your sweepstakes winnings. Anyhow, they want you to cash it, send them the amount due for the "taxes", and then they'll release winnings. Needless to say, you'll see no money and be out what ever you send them. DON'T fall for the scam.
