I ordered power banks samples from Ivy who approached me with an email titled "wholesale power banks from manufacturer". I received this email one day after contacting several power banks manufacturers through Made-in-China.com. The catalogue was really well made with photos, technical details and MOQ. Prices were very attractive that's why I ordered the samples. Now Ivy is either not answering my emails or claiming that the delay is due to a "autumn holiday" in China when I said I will report her. I should have checked the company webutation first. I guess my lesson was cheaper than for others.in brief, Shenzhen Topbuy Technology Co., Ltd is a FRAUD.
